How to create a website in WordPress?

To create a website you would need to perform 3 steps:

1. Website name(Domain name): Just like www.facebook.com or www.google.com you need a unique name for your website which is never used before by anyone. Once you finalize your name you need to register it. The process is called Domain registration. 2. Websites Space(Hosting)  Once you have registered your domain you need space where your website files/data will be stored. This is called hosting. There are again many companies which provide hosting services like bluehost.com or godaddy.com There are various hosting plans available to choose from. If you are going to start your website for just writing  blog article then go for basic plans which are cheap but if you're website will have videos and large files then you should talk to the hosting provider staff for better understanding. 3. Linking Website and Hosting: Final step has 3 parts to make it easy for you to understand.

• Part 1: The process is simple all you need to do is to Login to your Hosting provider account and look for "nameservers".You could also find the nameservers details in your Email (Usually the hosting provider send account details after registration which includes all the details like: Name servers, cpanel login details and much more.) There are 2 name servers which you would need. Once you get/have the name servers, just Login to your Domain name provider and follow these steps: 

1. Click on your domain name 
2. Click on Manage DNS
3. Click on nameservers
4. Click on "Use custom nameservers"
5. You will see 2 fields to type. Paste those 2 name servers one on each field which you get from your Hosting provider.
6. Click Save/ update.

• Part 2: In this part we will be Adding your domain name to your Purchased hosting. Follow the steps:

1. Login to your Hosting provider account.
2. Under your account look for "active services/plans.
3. Click on your Purchased plan.
4. After clicking you will be asked to add a website. 
5. Add your website address which your Purchased from Domain name provider.

• Part 3 Installing WordPress: Once you enter your Domain name in the hosting plan you will be asked to install WordPress automatically (If not then you can do this manually). You would need to enter details like 1. Website name 2. Website link 3. Admin name 4. Password 5. Email address. 6.Click Install

Congratulations your website is now live.

Just enter your Domain (website) name in your web browser and click enter to see how it looks.
